PURPOSE: Provided is a mat for relieving user's fatigue, therefore a user can effectively relieve fatigue simply by stepping on it to give acupressure effect on acupoints. CONSTITUTION: The mat for relieving user's fatigue comprises natural pebble stones, gem stones, quartz porphyry and ceramics to stimulate acupoints on a foot. It is produced by evenly distributing natural pebble stones, gem stones, quartz porphyry and ceramics over the rubber and urethane synthetic resin mat to be projected.
