PURPOSE: A mirror device for a vehicle is provided to easily convert an operating program and method. CONSTITUTION: A mirror device for a vehicle is composed of a mirror housing(2), a mirror pane(4) inserted into the mirror housing, and one electronic circuit and/or control device(6) included in the mirror housing to mutually connect or control at least one functional member(8,10,12) with having a magnetic activated operational-mode switch for activating a special circuit or an operating method.
