PURPOSE: To provide a fertilizing rice transplanter, with which the amount of a fertilizer sent out is not changed even by varying an intrarow spacing of seedlings to be planted in a field. CONSTITUTION: In this fertilizing rice transplanter in which rotary power for driving an implement, taken out from a transmission case 10 arranged at the front of a machine body is divided into two parts by a power division part A installed at the rear of the machine body, a seedling planting apparatus 113 and a fertilizing apparatus 5 are driven by each of the divided power, an intrarow spacing adjustment apparatus 93 for regulating the intrarow spacing of seedlings to be planted in a field by changing the rotative speed of power transmitted to the seedling planting apparatus is laid at a side closer to the seedling planting apparatus than to the power division part A.
