PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing functional beverage using seafood and herbal medicines, thereby nutrients being easily depleted in human body can be easily supplied. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing functional beverage using seafood and herbal medicines comprises the steps of: dipping 35g of tangleweed, 25g of brown seaweed, 15g of laver, 9.5g of seaweed fusiforme, 5.5g of Glycyrrizae Radix, 6.5g of jujube, 2g of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, and 1.5g of Euphoria longan STEUD. in water containing bio-ceramics; maturing the seafood and herbal medicines for 48 hours; washing and inserting them into a stainless pot; boiling them at 1600 deg. C for 4 hours; and cooling and packaging them.
