PURPOSE: A lock bolt linking-reinforcing device for preventing the breaking of bedrock is provided to improve the linking-reinforcing efficiency of lock bolts by preventing the separation of reinforcing bars or wires. CONSTITUTION: The lock bolt linking-reinforcing device contains a bearer(50) for installing reinforcing bars crossly between an incline and a bearing plate(18), wherein the bearer(50) comprises: a through hole(51) formed on the center to let a lock bolt(14) pass through; and guide parts(52,54) projected from each side and provided with retreated grooves(52a,54a) for placing each reinforcing bar(20), wherein the lower part of the bearer(50) adheres closely to the incline by boring an insertion hole of the incline, interposing the lock bolt(14) in the appointed depth, injecting mortar, then grouting and interposing the through hole(51) of the bearer(50) toward the front end of the lock bolt(14).
