IMAGE SCANNING SYSTEM AND PROCESSING METHOD BY USING CAMERA FOR COMPUTER

PURPOSE: An image scanning system and processing method is provided to throw a light source on a document, to take plural split images of the document with a camera, to display plural frames of the taken split images on a screen, to arrange the split images horizontally, and to synthesize the split images for generating a full image. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a lighting plate(70), and a lens(80). The lighting plate(70), arranged between a light source(43) and a reflection plate(45), transmits the light of the light source for controlling a light intensity and a lighting area. The lens(80), installed at a side of a light exit of a reflection plate(45), diffuses a light at an image taken area. The lens(80) is fixed at a light transmission window(41) of a casing(42). A light axis of an object lens(22) of a camera(20) is parallel to that of the lens(80). The light of the light source is transmitted sequentially via the lighting plate(70), the reflection plate(45) and the lens(80) to the image taken area on a document. The light intensity of the image taken area on the document is adjustable by the lighting plate(70).
