PURPOSE: A process of preparing special nutritious food in a tablet or spill by mixing powder and extracts of kelp and crude drug material followed by vitamin, inorganic matter, etc. is provided. Whereby, the nutritious food is effective for an overweight person to improve his health by reducing body fat, neutral lipid in serum and total cholesterol. CONSTITUTION: A main material containing kelp, adlay, aloe, Rhynchosia Nolubilis, Angelicae gigantis Radix, pine needle, Puerariae radix, Akebia quinata Decaisne, Polyporus umbellatus and Hordei fructus Germinatus, and an auxiliary material containing Plantago asiatica L., Poria cocos and Garcinia cambogia are ground. A main material containing Eucommia ulmoides, Acanthopanax Senticosus, Japanese apricot, Schizandra Fruit and folium Phyllostachys, and an auxiliary material containing Cervi parvum cornu and Liriope platyphylla Wang et Tang are extracted 5 times with water, mixed with a red ginseng extract followed by the above natural drug powder and a small amount of chito oligosaccharides, vitamins and inorganic matters. |
