PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outsourcing including risks capable of reducing risks of a customer for a portion assumed by a vendor than in personal management of a network. SOLUTION: The support system is provided for the vendor carrying out an insurance type network outsourcing business. The support system comprises an input part for inputting information on fault repairs, a calculating part calculating on the basis the information inputted from the input part, an output part outputting a price determined by a calculation result, and a storing part storing the inputted information and the calculation result. A price valid for maintaining the business is outputted by exchanging information relevant to faults and their repairs. |
