PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light dye sensitization type solar cell which is high in photoelectric transducing efficiency, light in weight and flexible. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method should include a process for forming a sacrifice substrate (10) that can be removed by a water-based solvent and at the same time contains inorganic salt, a process for forming a semiconductor layer (4) by applying paste containing raw material powder, an organic solvent, and 0.1 to 10 wt.% water onto the sacrifice substrate, a process for forming a conductive layer (2) on a semiconductor layer, a process for forming a support substrate (1) made of an organic material on the conductive layer, a process for removing the sacrifice substrate by the water-based solvent, a process for arranging a counter substrate (6) where a counter electrode (5) is formed so that the counter substrate (6) is separated from and opposes the conductive layer via a spacer, and a process for forming a charge transportation layer (3) at the gap between the conductive layer and counter electrode. |
