PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device provided with a plurality of buses and a block generating a strobe signal to fetch data through a plurality of the buses that realizes stable data transfer. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device is provided with the strobe generating block 141, which detects the number of change bits in output latch data 102, 112, 122, 132 and an interval of an output latch signal 140 and a strobe internal signal 142 so as to delay the strobe signal 144 depending on the detected values, thereby sufficiently ensuring a timing margin of a side of capturing a simultaneous drive output signal even at high-speed data transfer and attaining stable data transfer. |
