PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information processing method that is useful for preventing a copyright from being violated. SOLUTION: A network center 1 encrypts electronic information acquired from an electronic information server 3 by using a common key Ka used for authenticating a mobile phone terminal 2A of a destination. The mobile phone terminal 2A encrypts the electronic information by using the common key Ka used for authentication by the network center 1 and writes the encrypted information to a recording medium or transmits it to other terminals. The mobile phone terminal 2A reads the electronic information encrypted by the common key Ka from the recording medium or decodes the information received from other terminals by the common key Ka.
