PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simple the installation and detachment of the illumination device on the desk. SOLUTION: A low height receiving member 31 is installed capable of tilting forward and backward on the base 20 that is fixed to the top board. A column 21 is installed on the receiving member 31 capable of height adjustment. When the illumination device 4 is installed on the desk, firstly the base 20 is fixed to the desk by a clamp device 19 and then the column 21 may be inserted into the receiving member 31. Hence, the installation and detachment of the illumination device 4 is simple. As the receiving member 31 can be tilted backward, it absorbs the outside force inflicted on the lighting device and, thus, can improve the durability of the base 20 and the top board.
