PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube device capable of giving an excellent resolution uniform over the whole screen area and suppressing abnormal noise emission during the operation. SOLUTION: An electron gun structure 7 is furnished with at least one dynamic focus electrode G3 to admit impression of a dynamic focus voltage prepared by superposing an AC voltage component varying synchronously with the deflection of an electron beam on a DC voltage component and at least one electrode G4 confronting the dynamic focus electrode G3, and mechanisms 70 and 71 cancel the forces interacting between these electrodes.
