PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fringe field switching mode liquid crystal display is provided to minimize polarization by not placing other film layers except a liquid crystal layer and an alignment film layer between pixel electrode and a common electrode, thereby improving sticking image. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fringe field switching mode liquid crystal display includes the steps of forming a gate insulating film(22) on a transparent glass board(20), forming a first transparent electrode(24) on the gate insulating film, forming an insulating film(26) on the first transparent electrode, forming a second transparent electrode(28) having a predetermined pattern on the insulating film, and disclosing the predetermined part of the first transparent electrode by removing the insulating film not being inserted between the first and second transparent electrodes. |
