PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a magnetron drive device usable in common, low-cost, and highly self-completed. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 7 is installed in the magnetron driving device 1 for detecting various abnormalities and determining the performance after that. Further, information on the kinds of the magnetron, supply voltage, etc., is received from an equipment control device via one communication line, and an optimal control signal is transmitted to a magnetron drive circuit 5, based on the information; and the magnetron drive device with high common usability can be realized without depending on the kind of the magnetron.
