PURPOSE: A system for repaying accumulated money of a credit purchase and a recording medium thereof are provided to encourage a payment using a credit card and a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A client buys a commodity and takes out a credit card. A host requests a transaction approval by transmitting information inputted in the credit card and a commodity price to a server device using a credit card payment device. The server device receives data with respect to inherent information of the client, purchase money, and a purchase approval request from terminals using a telephone line(S10). The server device searches a database having data with respect to the client and extracts information with respect to the current credit state, transaction money, and a limit of amount. All conditions are satisfied, the server device transmits data for approving the purchase request to the terminals and updates one's data(S20). The server device accumulates a predetermined rate of the payment money(S30). Whenever a transaction approval is achieved, the server device counts the number of approvals. If the number of approvals is reached to a pre-set number, a prize winning and accumulated money are informed to the terminals of the client(S50). The accumulated amount is transferred to a bank account of the client(S60). If the transfer is completed, the number of approvals and the accumulated money are initialized(S70).
