PURPOSE: A communication network system within a unit household of a very high speed information telecommunication building is provided to simply construct a communication network for a telephone communication and a data communication by perfectly constructing a network a very high speed telecommunication in a residence or business construction. CONSTITUTION: A distribution device(10) has a telephone line distributing unit for distributing a plurality of telephone trunk lines(40) into the number of telephone extensions(42) which is greater than the number of rooms(5a-5c) for composing a household, and a data line distributing unit for connecting to data trunk lines(50) led from the outside for data communication and a plurality of data extensions(52) distributed in each room(5a-5c) and connecting computers(70) to the data trunk lines(50) according as the computers(70) installed in each room(5a-5c) perform the data communication. Outlets(20) are installed in each room(5a-5c) for connecting one between extending lines(44) and telephone terminals(80) to the telephone extensions(42).
