PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of answering to the questionnaire on sampling goods. SOLUTION: A management center 1, a user terminal 2 and a maker terminal (questionnaire collecting terminal) 3 are connected by a network 4. Personal information is provided from the user terminal 2 to the management center 1 to perform member registration. The information on the sampling goods and questionnaire information on the sampling goods are provided from the maker terminal 3 to the management center 1 to perform maker registration (questionnaire registration). The management center 1 determines whether the user is registered in a black list or not when a request for the sampling goods is given from the user. If not registered, the information on the sampling goods is provided to the user, an instruction for sending the sampling goods specified by the user is given to the maker, and the cooperation for the questionnaire is asked to the user. When the user is registered in the black list, provision of the sampling goods to the user is denied. |
