PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system able to conduct accounting processing varying with management form and circumstances of user corporations and receiving and processing according to the approval and confirmation processing. SOLUTION: This charge details data receiving and processing system is provided with a data file for storing claim and item data, a master data for storing information necessary for drawing up an accounting slip having an accounting processing code for conducting accounting corresponding to the contract information and item information of the electronic claim and item details data and a confirmation business form having confirmation information for conducting approval and confirmation processing, an accounting slip draw-up means for extracting contract information and item information of the claim and item details data stored in the data file and preparing an accounting slip with reference to the master data, and a confirming business form preparing means for extracting the contract information and item information of the claim and item details data stored in the data file and preparing the confirming business form with reference to the master data, wherein the claim and item details data including the item information of claim for every delivered claim item is received and processed.
