PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the wait time of a user when an operator for operating a reception side terminal is allocated for the request of reception from a user side terminal. SOLUTION: This control system for reception by businesses includes a plurality of automatic contract consulting devices (ACM) 40 accepting the request for procedures on prescribed businesses from users, a plurality of consultation accepting terminals (ROT) 50 used by a person in charge who receives the user requesting the procedure, a SACD server 10 for storing the information for controlling the persons in charge who are waiting or receiving at the consultation accepting terminal (ROT) 50 by business skills and the information on queue formed for each business skill for the request for procedure accepted from the automatic contract consulting device (ACM) 40, and a queue monitoring terminal 30 for receiving the information from a SACD server 10 to monitor the queue.
