PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a selection release in selection control that has hitherto been performed by a conventional distributive system, a warning message to a specified client and the like, without causing a monitor control server utilizing an Internet technique to perceive a client by 1 to 1 fixedly. SOLUTION: The client 6 is provided with: an IC card 64; a card discrimination element imparting means 65 that imparts a card discrimination element to information to the server from the client based on information of the IC card; and a security means 62 that encrypts and complicates information between the server and the client. At the server side, mounted are an apparatus selection information table 53 that controls a state of an apparatus selection based on information of the card discrimination element imparting means; a selective client determination means 52 that determines a client who has implemented the apparatus selection based on information of the apparatus selection information table; and a security means 512 that encrypts and complicates data between the server and the client. |
