When an electric input of an outgoing EA-SOA 103 receives an electric signal 121 to be sent, an electric output of the outgoing photodiode 105 transmits an electric signal 122 corresponding to it, and when the electric input of the incoming EA-SOA 106 receives an electric signal 131, an electric output of the incoming photodiode 107 outputs a received electric signal 132.
