PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily and pleasantly select a commodity having desired specifications from commodity specifications which a maker can supply, and to efficiently provide an estimated value of the commodity having the selected desired specifications for the user. SOLUTION: The user of a user terminal selects a commodity having desired specifications according to prescribed choices present on the commodity specifications which the maker can supply by operation from the user terminal making access to a vehicle maker side server. When selecting the commodity having the desired specifications, or when executing request operation of the user in the terminal thereafter, the estimated value when a selling agent sells the commodity having the desired specifications is calculated by the vehicle maker side server or a selling agent side server by referring to a storage device for preregistering the selling estimated value by the selling agent with respective choices according to the desired specifications. The calculated estimated value of a commodity unit is provided for the terminal.
