PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize master data connected by a network in general-purpose local application. SOLUTION: In a resident program for monitoring the local application, a picture from features of an interface picture of the local application is identified, and cursor positions and key operation are monitored. When the cursor positions are on the data items of the local application and it is recognized that a predetermined key operation has been performed, values of call key items on the identified picture are read. Then, the values of the key items are transmitted to a master server connected to the network, and the return values from a master server are copied in the data items to notify the key operation of input completion linefeed or the like to the local application.
