PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a simple constitution being hardly damaged by constituting a cap of a plug insertion port formed on a box body by a jack itself. SOLUTION: The plug insertion port for receiving a modular plug 1 is formed on the box body 10 of an electronic apparatus. The box body 10 is constituted as a box body of the electronic apparatus having approximately the same thickness as that of a connector body 2 of the modular plug 1. A modular jack arranged at the plug insertion port of the box body 10 is constituted by a rectangular cylinder body 21 in which a connector terminal is formed on the inside; and a bearing member 22 turnably retaining the cylinder body 21 at an end surface of the plug insertion port formed on the box body 10 of the electronic apparatus.
