PURPOSE: A built-up wall is provided to intercept lights or to prevent the direct exposure of lights and to make an inflow of wind or sound possible. CONSTITUTION: The built-up wall(100) comprises: a streamlined main body(105); primary and secondary main coupling parts(110,125) provided with primary and secondary coupling projections(110b,125b) and formed on the surface of the main body(105); and a primary and secondary sub-coupling parts(115,120) provided with primary and secondary coupling grooves(120b) for interposing the primary and secondary coupling projections(110b,125b) and formed on the backside of the main body(105).
