CIRCULATION TYPE WEFT YARN INSERT ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A weft yarn insert assembly by which a shuttle is passed through a shed and a weft yarn shedding motion for inserting the weft yarn into the shed is achieved is provided which has a fast picking speed and low power consumption and can remarkably reduce impact and noise. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(11) is attached at regular intervals on a part of an external surface of a timing belt(10) connected to a timing gear constructed at both sides of a rotational axis(12,12'). A circulation type shuttle guide(20) is constructed in a fixed state on the outer side of the timing belt. A divided connecting rod(31) is connected with an axial pin(32). A magnet(33) is attached on the central part of each connecting rod at a distance similar to that of a magnet(11) of the timing belt. A shuttle(30) in which a shuttle roller is constructed at the lower face of a longitudinal direction is moved according to a shuttle guide plate(20) by a pulling action of magnetic force caused by the magnet of the timing belt and shuttle.
