PURPOSE: A turbine flow meter is provided to prevent damage of flow meter by minimizing changes of current velocity caused due to the structure of pipe, while improving accuracy of measurement without using an additional nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A turbine flow meter comprises an arithmetic operation unit for performing arithmetic operation to the operating signals obtained from the measurement for the flow rate of fluid flowing through a pipe; a display unit(470) for displaying the flow rate obtained from the arithmetic operation; a flow meter body(400) having connection portions(401) formed at both ends of the flow meter body, wherein the flow meter body has an inner diameter same as the inner diameter of the pipe; a movable member(410) having a plurality of blades(411) arranged to be inclined along the outer periphery of the rotor, wherein the rotor is positioned within the flow meter body; front and rear fixed members(421,431) disposed within the flow meter body, in front and rear of the movable member, and which support the movable member through a rotation shaft(440); supporters(422,432) arranged in a radial direction at the outer surfaces of front and rear fixed members, and fixed at the inner surface of the flow member body; a permanent magnet(450) arranged at ends of each blade of the rotor, corresponding to the fluid inflow direction; and an MR sensor(460) arranged at the flow meter body such that the MR sensor is adjacent to the blades and outputs, to the arithmetic operation unit, signals obtained by sensing the permanent magnet.
