PURPOSE: A cosmetic containing ceramide, aloe vera, green tea extracts, Scutellaria baicalensis George extracts as an effective ingredient is provided which is effective for improvement of dermatoxerasia, pruritus and erythema of atopic skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic contains one or more natural products selected from the group consisting of ceramide, aloe vera, green tea extracts and Scutellaria baicalensis George extracts, wherein the green tea extracts and Scutellaria baicalensis George extracts exhibit antibacterial activity against skin bacteria, the aloe vera, green tea extracts and Scutellaria baicalensis George extracts inhibit prostaglandin formation, and the ceramide has a moisturizing effect.
