PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site integration system and a site access method by which users can satisfy a series of related needs without futility and being provided with excessive personal information in each dealings for each need and participating enterprises can implement customer management and efficient marketing for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This system has a need chain means by which one site that satisfies a specific need is correlated with another site that satisfies another need that is derived from the specific need on a communication network and which takes a part of navigation to other sites by specifying needs peculiar to a user and a certification means to certify the access of the user to each site using the personal information which has been registered by the user beforehand.
