PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make settable and controllable various processings to an organization chart according to various attribute information set for every belonging unit and employee displayed on an organization chart. SOLUTION: According to the terminal 1 of a company A, a CPU 2 stores belonging attribute information set through an input part 3 by a user in a belonging information file 81, and determines whether the display of belonging unit, the position alteration, moving destination specifying processing, query of belonging information and edit processing on the organization chart are right or wrong according to the belonging attribute information to control execution. The CPU 2 stores employee attribute information set through the input part 3 by the user in an employee information file 82, and judges whether the display of the employee, the position alteration processing, the query of employee information and edit processing are right or wrong according to the employee attribute information to control execution. |
