PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively deliver delivery information to customers. SOLUTION: In a support system for information delivery, a destination list preparing part 5 prepares a list of customers who are delivered to, i.e., a destination list 10 according to 'a market and trade information' in a customer database 4 and 'identifying numbers', 'a market' in a delivery information database 3. An information delivery part 7 transmits the list 10 and delivery information 11 to a FAX service center 20. Accordingly, the information 11 is delivered from the center 20 to FAX numbers of customers written in the list 10. |
