SOLUTION: In the accounting at the time of purchasing contents information from the information center in which contents information is accumulated, with the value at the time of offering each contents information and the user who received the contents information connected with each other, a contents distribution achievement is stored, and when there is a purchasing demand of contents information, the distribution achievement of the past of the user is searched and if it is found, the accounting value at that time is compared with the present value of the contents, and the difference is calculated, and based on the difference, the value of the contents information to be purchased this time is charged. |
