<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container for semiconductor material conveyance that can prevent deformation due to dead weight in conveyance. SOLUTION: The storage container 12 for semiconductor material conveyance is composed of a container body 14 and a lid body 18. The lid body 18 is fitted into and removed from the opening 1404 of the container body 14. Eight lock nibs 20 are provided in the lid body 18, and a lock hole 22 is provided in the container body 14. Two hand grips 20 are simultaneously rotated, thus allowing the eight lock nibs 20 to frequently appear from four sides of the lid body 18 via an interlock mechanism 30. When the engagement nibs 20 that project from the upper and lower sides of the lid body 18 are engaged to the corresponding lock holes 22, upper and lower lock nibs 20 are connected to the container body 14 while the lock nibs 20 cannot be moved up and down.</p> |
