PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information medium for reproduction which improves commonality on a data structure by performing data scrambling with a data structure similar to that of a rewritable information medium. SOLUTION: Data with a structure in which a first position including a data ID is replaced with a second position including variable contents are recorded in a rewritable information medium, and a data structure (Figure 3 (b)) where a third position (P1 and P2) including the data ID is replaced with a fourth position (P2 and P3) including copyright management information 8a is recorded on an information medium 22 for reproducing. In such a case, the third position ( P1 and P2) and the fourth position (P2 and P3) of the information medium 22 for reproducing take one-to-one correspondence positional relations with the first position and the second position of the rewritable information medium respectively.
