PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board, capable of accurately measuring characteristics of a circuit function element inside the circuit substrate, without lowering the jointing strength of the circuit substrate to a mother board. SOLUTION: In a circuit substrate, there is formed, at an end face of a circuit board 1 formed with a predetermined circuit network, a signal potential terminal electrode 2 which comprises an end face conductor 2b clad on the inner wall face of a recess part 2a (2d, 2e), in the substrate thickness direction and a land conductor 2c clad in a periphery of an opening of the recess part 2a. If the opening width of the recess part 2d at the end face of the substrate 1 is set as W1 and the width of the land conductor film 2c is W2 , and the width of the end face conductive film is set as W3 , W1 >W2 >W3 (a central axis is common in each case). |
