PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and low-cost voice coil bobbin for speakers which has a high heat dissipation ability, no fear of accidental fire, a water resistance, a moisture resistance and a required rigidity. SOLUTION: The speaker voice coil bobbin 1 is molded, using a fibrous material combined with a ceramic coating agent containing a colloidal inorganic compound or a particulate inorganic compound contained in a metal alkoxide and a metal hydroxide. The coating agent is combined after or before molding the bobbing 1 form, using the fibrous material.
