<p>Indol 3 yl derivatives of general formula (I), wherein A, B, X, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, n or m have the meanings given in Claim 1, and the physiologically unobjectionable salts or solvates thereof are integrin inhibitors and can be used for combating thrombosis, myocardial infarcts, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, inflammations, tumours, osteoporosis, rheumatic arthritis, macular degenerative diseases, diabetic retinopathy, infections and restenosis after angioplasty or in the event of pathological actions which are maintained or propagated by angiogenesis.</p> |
