PURPOSE: To provide a mobile phone with an image pickup device which does not need to rotate the image pickup device even when taking a picture of a speaker on looking at a counterpart face displayed on the screen. CONSTITUTION: In the mobile phone with the image pickup device which puts a mobile phone and an image pickup device in one housing, the camera of the image pickup device conventionally faces to the opposite direction with respect to the direction where a display is arranged for the purpose of picking up an image by confirming an image screen by the display. A lens 2 of the image pickup device is arranged toward outside direction on a front surface side 1a where a display portion 4 of the housing 100 of the mobile phone with the image pickup device 1 is arranged. In addition, a finder 3a is provided toward the direction where the lens 2 faces.
