PURPOSE: A mobile hard disc is provided to realize the mobile hard disc saving data transmitted from a computer at high-speed, thereby utilizing the mobile hard disc as a common type and an industrial type. CONSTITUTION: In an external hard disc receiving and saving predetermined data transmitted from a computer having a PC external interface, the mobile hard disc includes an interface converter converting an interface protocol selected by the computer into an IDE(Integrated Drive Electronics), a DRAM saving the data, a connecting unit(30) connecting the interface converter with the DRAM, wherein the connecting unit includes an interface part(31) transmitting the data to the interface converter and receiving the data from the interface converter, a DRAM control part(33) controlling the DRAM, a buffer(32) synchronizing data transfer rate between the interface part and the DRAM control part, a central control part(34) controlling the interface part and the DRAM control part, a power supply part(37) supplying power to the DRAM, an address decoder(38) selecting an address of the DRAM, a refresh logic part(39) periodically writing data at the DRAM.
