PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively instruct and educate a salesman and so on according to past cases more conforming with the actual situation by attaching voice information to a business report. SOLUTION: A PDA 6 is equipped with a voice input means for inputting a voice during a visit to a customer and digitizes the inputted analog voice into voice information and transfers it to an SC2 while relating it to customer information inputted for each visited customer and the SC2 registers the customer information transferred from the PDA6 in a DB2a by customers and also classifies by the customers according to date and time information and registers the voice information in the DB21 according to the customer information. Further, the SC2 performs retrieval from the DB21a at a retrieval request wherein customer information and date and time information are specified and outputs corresponding voice information by the PDA6, a PC3, etc. |
