POSITION DETECTOR AND ATTITUDE DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detector and an attitude detector capable of easily detecting the attitude of an image pick-up surface with respect to a display screen and the object position even in a large screen display. SOLUTION: The position detector and the attitude detector comprise an image pick-up means 101 including a reference image mQ having a plurality of feature points displayed in the vicinity of the object as a target and the reference image which picks up the image of the object with the predetermined position on the image pick-up surface as the detection position, a feature point extracting means for specifying the coordinate points of the plurality of feature points based on the image data picked up by the image pick-up means, and an image processing means for operating the coordinate of the detection position on the display screen based on the coordinate of the feature point of the reference image.
