A carboxylate, sulfate, sulfamate, sulfonate, disulfate, disulfonate or trisulfonate salt of an aminoglycoside, lincosamide or tetracycline antibiotic is used as a binder for the production of antibiotic composites. Production of antibiotic composites comprises the synthesis of a plastic deformable salt (I) from one or more protonated aminoglycoside, lincosamide or tetracycline antibiotics (A) and one or more aliphatic carboxylates, alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, cycloalkyl or alkylcycloalkyl sulfates, sulfamates or sulfonates, fatty acid-2-sulfonates, alkyl or cycloalkyl disulfates, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or alkylaryl disulfonates or aryl or alkylaryl trisulfonates (B) and the application of the salt as a binder for the fixation of organic and/or inorganic composite components, optionally with the addition of water. |
