PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both side recording type bonded optical recording medium having higher mass productivity by applying a rapid-action UV curing adhesive (radial polymerization-type adhesive). SOLUTION: This optical recording medium has the structure obtained by bonding two recording substrates which are successively formed with at least recording layers and reflection layers on transparent substrate bodies to each other respectively by disposing the information recording surface sides formed with the recording layers and the reflection layers opposite to each other. The two recording substrates facing each other respectively have at least the regions having no reflection layers in the innermost peripheral areas and the outermost peripheral areas as adhesive margins and the two recording substrates are bonded across the adhesive layers at the adhesive margins.
