PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for music data distribution, a communication device, a music reproducing device, a computer program, and a recording medium which enable user to freely copy distributed music data and prevent a person who illegally obtains music data from reproducing the music. SOLUTION: A user's voice is taken in by a computer (communication device) 2 to generate voiceprint information, which is sent to a computer (music data distributing device) 1. The computer 1 embeds the voiceprint information in music data of music that the user specifies and sends the music data with the embedded voiceprint information to the computer 2. When the music is reproduced, the computer 2 takes in the user's voice and generate voiceprint information, extracts the voice print information from the music data, and collates both of pieces of voiceprint information with each other to decide whether the music is to be reproduced according to the collating result. |
