SOLUTION: An exclusive site 100w and a cooperative site 101w are composed of respectively different concepts, and a computer terminal 103t can make access to either site, and can offer registration of the domain name when satisfying a prescribed condition. When offering the registration, an application domain name and registration information sent via an Internet line 400 are intensively controlled by an application accepting server 1000s. Registration application processing is executed between this application accepting server 1000s and a registration control institution server 107s. |
