摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate with electrode the electrode of which has the same sintering temperature and resistance value as the conventional electrode has, is excellent in migration resistance, and can secure high reliability. SOLUTION: A multilayered substrate has a Pb-containing Ag metallic layer on a substrate composed of glass and/or a material having a heat-resisting temperature of 300-600 deg.C. The metallic layer is made of a material for forming conductive layer composed of Pb-containing Ag powder manufactured by a coprecipitation method. An electrode obtained by sintering the co-precipitated Pb-containing Ag powder realizes sufficient adhesibility and a low resistance on the glass substrate. In addition, since the alloying using the Ag and Pd advances in the electrode, the electrode is excellent in migration resistance and is improved in reliability.
