PURPOSE: A natural tea for improving stamina of human and a method for producing the same are provided, thereby the stamina of human can be improved by drinking the natural tea. CONSTITUTION: The natural tea for improving stamina of human comprises Rhodiola rosea as a first raw material, and at least one selected from one grass selected from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma, Orobanche coerulescens Steph or Lathraea japonica MIQ, Cnidium monnieri L. and Cuscuta chinensis LAM. as second raw materials, in which the amount of the first raw material is 10 to 95 wt.% and the amount of the second raw material is 25 to 90 wt.%, and optionally comprises at least one selected from Alnus japonica, Salviae Radix and Polygalae Radix as third raw material, and Schizandrae Fructus and Lycium Chinense as fourth raw material, in which the amount of the third raw material is 5 to 85 wt.% and the amount of the fourth raw material is 5 to 80 wt.%. The natural tea for improving stamina of human may be in liquid, powder or extract form. |
