PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a packing paper which decreases inconvenience caused by preparation of a separate cup, reduces time and saves resources of disposable cups by cutting a part of packing paper containing various teas and simply using a remaining packing paper as a substitute cup by pouring water into the packing paper. CONSTITUTION: In a packing paper which combines with a cup and is made of aluminum or outer polyethylene resin, paper or inner polyethylene resin and other PET for coffee and various prepared teas, the method for manufacturing the packing paper is characterized in that a cutting line in which 5 mm or more of a blank space is opened by the hand is formed by heat contact at a space wing on the upper part of the body(1) of the packing paper so that the heat contact region is cut to be opened by the hand when cutting the packing paper, heat contact points are diagonally formed in such a manner that width of the entrance region(2) of the upper cup of the packing paper is wide while the lower region of the packing paper is narrow so that area of the upper part of the packing paper is different from area of the lower part of the packing paper, a second cutting line groove(10) is formed on the upper part of the surface of a grip region(5) so that the packing paper can be cut from the outside, heat contact points are formed along the outer edge(7) on the surface of the grip in such a manner that the upper part of the handle is narrow while the lower part of the handle is wide, and the packing paper is manufactured by forming heat contact points on the space wing region(8) in the state that 10 mm or more of a blank space is secured in a space wing region(8) supporting the lower part of the body(1) of the packing paper.
