PURPOSE: A character arranged keyboard based on Korean character shape is provided to input consonants and vowels by pressing a keyboard when inputting Korean characters, thereby reducing the number of inputting times of the keyboard at a fast speed. CONSTITUTION: 13 keys are configured for inputting Korean characters and specific characters. A method of writing consonants of Korean characters is as follows. The first stroke "-" is arranged on an upper part of consonant keyboards. The entire consonant keyboards are arranged on a left part of a keyboard part(34) in an order of reading consonants. Vowels located on the right of consonants are arranged on the right of the consonants. Vowels located on a lower part of the consonants are arranged on a lower part of the consonant keyboards.
